The City of Saline is committed to communicating transparently with residents about city objectives, issues, decisions and challenges. There are many channels the City uses for communication to make sure a wide array of people are able to access the information they want and need.

Saline Shorts is our weekly update video to give you the top headlines you should know each week. Check out this week's video and updates!

  1. There are several great community events coming up soon! The Memorial Day Parade will take place Monday, May 27 at 10 a.m. downtown Saline, the Saline Community Carnival will run May 31 - June 2 at Tefft Park and the Pride Flag Raising will be June 1 at 1 p.m. at City Hall.
  2. You can use our Citizen's Reporting Tool to report issues around the City such as discolored water and potholes. When you use our reporting tool, our staff is directly notified and can remedy the issue more quickly than if you call or email them.
 
Facebook
The City of Saline utilizes Facebook for quick, real-time updates. You do not need to have a Facebook account to access the information posted.

The City of Saline is able to give real-time updates via text message through the 411 texting service. You are also able to text the City directly at (734) 429-4907 if you have a quick question.

ClearGov
ClearGov is a tool the City of Saline uses to track and update the community on capital projects. Large projects will get regular updates to the page. You can sign up for email updates to be alerted when the page is edited.

The FYI is a quarterly newsletter that is sent out with your water/sewer utility bills. The content in this newsletter is general City information. If you do not receive an FYI physically through the mail there are several options for you to see the content:
